Yum Yum Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup blueberries or strawberries

  • 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds


  1. Mix chia seeds in yogurt. Add stevia if you wish. Top blueberries with yogurt and almonds. Chia seeds are optional but yummy!
