Vanilla Bean Protein Frappuccino


  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese

  • 2 scoops Protein powder

  • 1 Vanilla bean

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2-4 tbs Sweetener of choice

  • 2 cups Ice

  • 1 cup Almond milk


Optional Topping:

  • 4 tbs Light Cool Whip



Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached. Split among two cups and top with whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
