Thin Mint Shake

• 1/2 cup milk of choice

• 125g or 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

• 1 avocado

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

• 156g or 1 cup spinach frozen

• 10-15 fresh mint leaves

• 1 drop vanilla stevia or splenda packet

• 1/2 - 1 cup ice optional

Directions:
