The [•IGN!TE•] Sequence

How often should you do [•IGN!TE•] workouts and what sequence should be used?

As you will notice, the classes are labeled by VOLUME numbers. There is no correlation with difficulty level with the volume numbers. The numbers represent the sequence in which the videos were filmed. Volume 1 workouts being the first ones to be filmed in the series. In this case, there is no reason to go in order based on volume numbers, however there is an important strategy to follow in order to achieve the best results from your workouts.

[•IGN!TE•] challenges all of your major muscle groups so we recommend you repeat each class 4-5 times before moving on to the next volume. As you will find, the muscle groups that are targeted in each workout are stimulated by a series of exercises that will definitely challenge you, no matter your fitness level. In order to benefit from these movements repeating each volume 4-5x is essential.

Keep in mind that repeating the series does not have to be done all in the same week. What members should do is follow their workout schedule and complete the volume in the series 4-5 times before moving on to the next.

Here is an example of what this may look like using a few of the classes on the schedule:

As you can see COREv6 is repeated once each week for 4 weeks. Empowerv6, Evlolvev6 and Blastv7 are also repeated four times. Once this is completed you can then move on to the next volume. See the next image to view what that would look like.

In this example you can see that switching to a different volume did not require moving to a higher number. What is important is that you select a volume and repeat it for the 4-5x as recommended.

In these examples the participant selected 4 classes to repeat as they have committed to working out 4 days a week. This can be adjusted based on the days you plan on committing to workouts!
