Southwest Avocado Club Wraps

• 1 large tortilla (whole wheat or gluten free)

• 15 grams or 1 tablespoon low sugar bbq sauce

• 3 ounces frickin chicken breast

• 1 large pieces romaine lettuce

• 1 small Roma tomatoes, sliced

• 50 grams in weight of avocado thinly sliced


Directions:

Add to wrap and enjoy.
