Roasted Chickpeas

• 2 -15oz cans chickpeas drained • total 1/4 cup mix of spices: garlic powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, chili powder •cooking spray


Preheat oven to 375. Drain and rinse beans and towel dry. Lay them on a cooking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Mix a total of 1/4 cup spices combined and sprinkle on the chickpeas. Bake for 50 minutes or until crunchy occasionally rolling them around for even baking. The total number of servings will vary based on the size of the chickpeas.
