There is always a time where you will need help in a situation. Lots of good advice!

You have a party to go to tonight for St. Patrick's Day and you know there will be nothing there to eat that will fit into your food plan. WWID?


Easy. Don't do what Irene used to do years ago. I used to think it was smart to limit my calories all day before a party so i could save extra food later. Super wrong. That only lead to insane food binging at its best. I have learned to follow my normal eating routine all day, then have a high protein/high fat snack before the party. I call this a Binge-Blocker. This will keep you full and away from the junk. It is a full proof plan to keep the binging away!
