Protein Nachos

• 1 small can tuna or chicken

• 80g or ⅓ avocado or 1 tablespoon mayo

• Dash hot sauce

• 16g or 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

• 10 corn tortilla chips (or gluten free chips)

Optional: Diced green onion and jalapenos

Directions:

Using tuna, chicken, or even fresh tuna sashimi.. Add to bed of chips and add toppings! Bet you never lost weight like this before!!!
