Perfect Protein Pita

• 50 grams or 2 slices avocado

• 50 grams or 2 slices tomato

• 3 ounces smoked or canned salmon (or chicken)

• 15 grams or 1 tablespoon avocado mayo

• 1 pita or 2 corn tortillas


Directions:

Lightly brown (optional but yummy) 1 pita or 2 corn tortillas and add all

ingredients.
