Peanut Butter & Banana Rice Cake

• 1-2 plain or cinnamon rice cakes

• 16 grams or 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter

• 100 grams banana (1/2 banana) sliced

• 15g vanilla protein powder

• 1 teaspoon water


1. In a small bowl mix protein powder with water until you have a thick

paste. Add the peanut butter.

2. Slice banana and spread the protein peanut butter on one or two rice

cakes (based on your caloric budget) and enjoy!
