• 40 grams or 1/2 cup oats soaked in 1 cup milk of choice
• 16 grams or 1 tablespoon chia seeds • 50 grams or 1/4 cup berries of choice
Combine ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Can be made in several batches in advance. This works best with old-fashioned oats. Will not work at all with steel cut oats.
