Orange-Cranberry Club

  • 3 ounce mix of protein - chicken, ham, beef

  • Bread or pita of choice up to 150 calories

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free orange marmalade

  • Optional lettuce and tomato

  • Side of 100 calories of nuts or olives for healthy fat




Instructions:

Mix marmalade and craisins and spread on bread. Add the rest of the ingredients for your club sandwich. Don't forget the side of nuts or olives!
