No Churn Mint Chip Ice Cream

  • 1/4 cup Sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract

  • 3 drops Green food coloring

  • 1 (10 oz) Cool Whip

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips




Combine sweetener, milk, and peppermint extract in a large bowl, (as well as food coloring if using). Whisk until everything together until well combined. Fold in Tru whip and chocolate chips. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Enjoy!
