1 vine ripe tomato up to (50 grams in weight)
2 oz protein of choice (egg, tuna, or chicken)
1/2 cucumber sliced
50 grams in weight of Kalamata or any olives
10 grams olive oil (teaspoon)
Salt, pepper, and oregano
Optional feta 1 tablespoons or 16 grams
