Mediterranean Veggie Blast

  • 1 vine ripe tomato up to (50 grams in weight)

  • 2 oz protein of choice (egg, tuna, or chicken)

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced

  • 50 grams in weight of Kalamata or any olives

  • 10 grams olive oil (teaspoon)

  • Salt, pepper, and oregano

  • Optional feta 1 tablespoons or 16 grams


Slice up the veggies and top with your protein. Drizzling your oil and oregano is a must. A delicious Mediterranean treat!
