• 1/2 large pita round or gluten free pita
• 3 ounces diced chicken
• 15 grams or 1 tablespoon hummus
• 25 grams or 1/4 honey crisp apple, sliced
• 10 grams or 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese or dairy free cheese
• Handful of greens such as arugula or spinach, optional
• 5 grams or 1 teaspoon light honey mustard salad dressing (or just mustard)
Mix hummus and chicken together. Add to pita and layer apple, cheese and honey mustard along with optional greens. Enjoy with a serving of healthy fat.
