• 114g or 4 oz cubed chicken, salmon, or beans

• 1 large beefsteak tomato, cubed

• 60g or 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

• 13g or 1/4 cup red onion, diced

• 1 tablespoon feta cheese (or dairy free cheese)

• Olives are optional
