  • 3/4 cottage cheese (any fat %)

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber and tomato

  • 2 oz diced chicken breast

  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette light

  • 25 grams in olives - or 80 calories in healthy fat

Directions:

Top with oregano…Opahhhh!

Options:

  1. Omit the cottage cheese and double the chicken.

  2. Omit the chicken and use 1 cup cottage cheese
