Fruit Medley Bowl

  • 8 grams scoop protein powder

  • 50 grams (1/2 cup) frozen fruit of choice

  • 230 grams (1 cup) yogurt of choice (use milk if you’re not a yogurt fan)

  • Ice

  • 16 grams (1 tablespoon) unsweetened coconut shavings, chia seeds or choice of nuts


Blend together with ice until thick. Top with unsweetened coconut shavings.
