If cottage cheese isn't on your fan list you have a few choices. One, give this a try. I have had many non cheesy lovers become believers. Secondly, you have plenty of other choices so you can skip over this and collapse the choice so you don't even have to look at it...
Have it with fruit, but stay in your limit
Have it with veggies and you will have no issues
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Add 2 ounces of chicken (or add another 1/2 cup cottage cheese instead of chicken)
100 calories of either olives, nuts or avocado for healthy fat
Tomato, cucumber or other veggie
150 calories or 40 grams of carbohydrates such as crotons or crackers
1 tablespoon or so of balsamic dressing and you will be full for hours.
