  • 1 cup cottage cheese (any fat %)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • optional veggies as shown and pepper


Eat 2 hours before your event to keep your appetite at bay. You will be ready to eat and enjoy!

*add 100 calories or 30-40 grams of carbohydrates to make this a mini-meal.
