Cottage Cheese Celebration

  • 80g or 1/2 cup cottage cheese (any fat %) or dairy free CC

  • 2 ounce chopped chicken breast (or add 1/2 more cup cottage cheese)

  • 30g or 2 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup total diced cucumber, tomatoes and cracked pepper


  1. Try this even if you don't think you'll like it- add your healthy fat!

Layer ingredients. Do not mix!
