Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese

  • 1 scoop Protein powder

  • 2 tbs Old fashioned oats

  • 1/4 tsp Maple extract

  • 1/2 tsp Butter extract

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 3 tsp Sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

  • 8 Ice cubes

  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum




Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached! Top with a swirl of low sugar maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon if desired, and Enjoy!
