Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Serves 4

Breakfast

  • 1 1/2 cup Almond milk

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt**

  • 2 cups Old fashioned oats raw

  • 1/2 cup protein powder *

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspooon Salt

Peanut Butter Shell Topping

  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chip


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt and almond milk. Add the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir to combine. Divide between 4 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars.

  2. Melt peanut butter and chocolate, each separately in a small bowl for 30-60 seconds (or until melted). Divide 1 tbs of peanut butter followed by 1 tbs of chocolate over each jar of oats.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!

**Dairy free option:

Use plant based protein powder

Use plain almond, soy or coconut milk based yogurt or omit the yogurt and replace with 2 additional scoops of protein powder.
