25g of protein from protein powder of choice
8 oz water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 banana using the peel also (you won’t taste it)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
Add ice to blender for best results.
You will not taste the banana peel. This is a healthy starch that is remarkable for your liver. It has no calories.
The shakes are optional. You can do them daily or up to two times a day with a dinner.
