Chicken Apple Egg White Omelet

• 1/2 cup or 4 egg whites • One full egg • 2 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded • 50 grams or 1/2 golden delicious apple (cored, peeled and diced)

• 3-4 large collard leaves, stems removed, finely chopped • Pinch salt and pepper


Combine ingredients and saute.
