• 2 rice cakes
• 1 laughing cow cheese plain or df yogurt
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or nut butter)
• 1 tablespoon sugar free jam of choice
• 2-3 fresh berries of choice
Mix cheese, peanut butter, and berries in a small bowl. Spread on rice cakes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
