1/4 cup Rice Chex cereal
1/4 cup blueberries and or raspberries
10 almonds or slivered almonds
1 cup plain greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS: You can switch things up by changing the fruit and cereal choices. Limit cereal to 50 calorie portion.
Mix protein powder with milk prior to adding cereal.
*if you use Skim milk you can boost the protein up even more!
