1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
8oz warm water divided
1 serving (36 grams in weight) casein powder
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 4 oz warm water with the rest of the ingredients. It will form a paste. Continue adding water until the texture resembles cake batter. It should not run off the spoon, but it should also not stick to the spoon like peanut butter does. Add more or less water until the texture is just right. It will thicken up a bit as it cools. For best results let cool for 1-2 hours. I prefer mine after it sets all day. This can be made up to 5-6 days in advance and kept in individually sealed containers for convenience.
