Breakfast Waffle Pizza

• 1 frozen waffle of choice - gluten free or flax seed fortified preferred

• 1 tablespoon (16g) peanut butter

• 100 grams total sliced fruit of choice (1/2 cup)

• Drizzle agave

• Dash cinnamon


Toast waffle and spread peanut butter on top. Add fruit (it will not all fit,

so allow it to spill over on to plate). Drizzle agave and sprinkle cinnamon* optional.
