Big Batch Protein French Toast

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk

  • 4 large, Egg

  • 2 tbsp, Olive oil

  • 0.50 fluid ounce, Tsp Sugar

  • 4 scoop, Protein Powder

  • 12 slice, Bread

  • 0.50 cup, Egg white


  1. In a blender, mix all of the ingredients, except for the bread. Pour into a shallow dish.

  2. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, flipping to coat each side.

  3. Lightly spray a non-stick griddle or pan with cooking spray and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add slices of the bread and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly golden. Repeat until all slices are cooked.

  4. Enjoy with toppings of choice!

Makes 12 slices

2 slices per serving
