Baked Brownie Oatmeal

Looking for a yummy breakfast that is healthy but also sinful? This one hits the spot and has all of the right macros to start your day right!

  • 2 cups almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups raw oats

  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven at 350 as you prepare the batter.

  2. In a small bowl add all of the ingredients and mix well using a spoon for about 2-3 minutes or until all of the ingredients are blended smoothly.

  3. Add batter to a 9x13 baking dish after you have lightly sprayed it with cooking spray.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 350.

Makes 8 servings

Each serving packs 25 grams of protein depending on the type of protein powder used.
